Yes. And quite frequently that’s all there is in a sexual assault kind of case is an accusation. I find that they are some of the most challenging and difficult cases uh to work with simply because it comes down to a he said she said very very infrequently in a criminal case like this is there any physical evidence or eyewitness evidence that the state’s going to have. So simply being accused of this kind of crime can um bring about criminal charges for this kind of offense even if there’s no physical evidence whatsoever to support the allegation.
