It’s giving evidence against yourself.

And whether it’s consenting to a blood draw or a breath test, doing the standardized field sobriety test on the side of the road, or talking to the police, those I think are the three biggest uh areas where people make mistakes after a DWI arrest. So, I think if somebody were to be arrested for DWI and not do a combination of those things or any of those things, I think it would significantly help with their defense and with the lawyer’s ability to successfully get through that case for them.
