Federal court is so different from state court. Um there’s different rules and there’s defin definitely different procedures that go on in a federal case.
So having an attorney that is highly um skilled in experienced with federal criminal court is really important um especially when it comes to things like the sentencing guidelines. they completely do their sentencing different in um federal court and it’s a very complex way of coming to a resolution of a case is through these sentencing guidelines.
So again that the procedures are completely different. The types of crimes that you’re looking at in federal court, the way that the government has worked up their case is very different than when it comes to state court.
